Acetabular cup INTEGRA™
The titanium alloy INTEGRA™ revision cup with fixation peg is a cementless acetabular reconstruction solution allowing an optimised bone fixation despite severe bone loss.
A bioactive titanium-hydroxyapatite bilayer coating is applied using a vacuum plasma spray technique with an excellent industrial control.
For double mobility, the cup is combined with a polished stainless steel insert in which an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene liner revolves.

A peg with a star section, oriented at 55° relative to horizontal, in the direction of the iliac isthmus stabilises the cup in extreme cases of acetabular bone loss. |

The dual mobility ensures, for this peg-positioned implant, respect of the joint biomechanics. It combines longevity (reduced wear due to the small diameter head) and stability of the joint (liner large diameter insert). |

Using 9.5 mm diameter screws provides additional stabilisation, if required, in the available spongy bone. |
